Saber Whoooof

Hitpoints on Saber Interactive’s wholly embarrassing CEO nastiness. Even by games industry CEO standards, this is especially vile behaviour. So, y’know, don’t click any of those if you’re in a good mood with the world.

Over time the group chats grew more radical, the public conversation steadily more hateful and insane, and nothing ever came of any of it. Aided by a government dragging its people by the hair and teeth into a post-truth world, they eventually realised you could say anything. Anything you liked, at all, and nothing would ever come of it.

Honestly, myself I think it’s mainly the moment the nazi walked in with the sink and a bunch of people who aspired to be exactly like the dude felt like the universe had blessed them with permission to be the biggest bell-ends ever and the world would just buckle around them.

As Nathan points out consequences of use or ornament are for the likes of you and me, not for them, still what largely happened afterwards is people went “who is that clown?” at them, made a mental note of their bell-endery and then tried not to think about them ever again.

Until the next time the dudes opened their gobs anyway.

Shame that a bunch of them are still out there posting like anybody likes them.

Anyway. That’s me with another company on the shitlist. Oh well.
